connectivity coverage:We provide connectivity to the "big three" Russian federal teleoperators - MTS, Beeline, Megafon (including full, country wide coverage), as well as several major regional teleoperators - Tele2, SMARTS, Astrahan-GSM, Yaroslavl-GSM, MOTIV and NTC, thus covering over 97% of Russian subscribers. connectivity coverage:In Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania we provide connectivity to all nine teleoperators: Elisa, EMT, Tele2 (present in all three countries), Bite (present in two countries), LMT and Omnitel. Our main services are based on premium pricing of mobile originated (MO) SMS messages in Russia, Estonia and Lithuania, and on mobile terminated (MT) SMS messages in Latvia. We can offer shared and if required dedicated short-codes for the price classes $0.15–$5 in Russia and €0.5-€5 in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Payouts vary according to country, operator and volumes. Unless otherwise agreed, we provide payouts to our non-Russian corporate customers in Euros. Russian corporate customers are paid in Roubles from our Russian subsidiary. Payouts are paid within 45 to 60 days after the end of the month in question.
